Initial cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning start at 8.5 labor hours, which is $500. Labor hours are the combined working time of everyone on the crew, so a two-person team for a little over four hours is an 8.5-labor-hour appointment. Cleaning products are optional: for $15 we bring them, green-certified or a standard commercial brand, your choice; otherwise we use what you already keep at home. Weekly service is 15% off and every-two-weeks service is 10% off. No deposit is required to book.
