Why we bill by labor-hour
A labor-hour means one cleaner working for one hour. For example, two cleaners working for two hours equals four labor-hours.
Please note: cleaning chemicals are $15.00 plus tax unless you provide your own.
Discounts apply to weekly and bi-weekly cleaning services only.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
Our current standard cleaning rate is $58.85 plus tax per labor-hour.
Anything under 4 labor-hours is billed at $61.50 per labor-hour.
We bill by labor-hour because it is the fairest way to price your cleaning. Flat-rate cleaning prices often include extra cushion for unknowns, which can cause customers to pay more than necessary. With labor-hour billing, your price is based on the time your home actually needs.
If additional time is needed due to the home’s condition, buildup, clutter, pet hair, or extra attention required, we’ll always discuss it with you before continuing.
