Final pricing depends on the size, condition, service type, and scope of the property. The $500 figures are starting prices, not flat rates. Additional labor will not be performed without customer approval.

Our current standard cleaning rate is $58.85 plus tax per labor hour.

Anything under 4 labor hours is billed at $61.50 per labor hour.

Regular cleaning in Albuquerque: the labor hours published here are minimum starting appointments, not the expected length of every visit. Regular cleaning for homes and apartments up to 800 square feet starts at 2.5 labor hours (starts at $153.75 plus tax), homes of about 801 to 2,000 square feet start at 4 labor hours (starts at $235.40 plus tax), and homes over 2,000 square feet start at 5 labor hours (starts at $294.25 plus tax). Larger homes are calculated at approximately 3 labor hours per 1,000 square feet, and whenever that calculation comes out higher than the minimum starting appointment for the home’s size, we use the calculated labor hours instead. Your estimate is then adjusted for the condition you describe and the service you select; it can never fall below the applicable minimum starting appointment, and billable labor hours are rounded up to the next quarter hour.

Initial Cleaning: an Initial Cleaning is for homes that need more detailed attention before beginning recurring maintenance service – it brings the home up to our normal recurring-maintenance standard. Initial Cleaning starts at $500 plus tax, with final pricing based on the size, condition, and scope of the home. Not every new customer needs an Initial Cleaning: a home already in normal maintenance condition may qualify for Standard Cleaning. After the Initial Cleaning, customers who establish recurring service receive our normal recurring-maintenance pricing and applicable discounts.

Deep cleaning in Albuquerque: deep cleaning starts at $500 plus tax because it typically requires substantially more detailed work than routine maintenance cleaning, including removing accumulated dirt, grease, soap scum, dust, and buildup. $500 is a starting price, not a flat rate and not a maximum. Larger homes, heavy buildup, extensive detail work, or additional requested tasks may increase the price, and your estimate will reflect that.

Move-in and move-out cleaning in Albuquerque: these services start at $500 plus tax because they typically require substantially more detailed work than routine maintenance cleaning. $500 is a starting price, not a flat rate and not a maximum – final pricing continues to depend on the size, condition, and scope of the property, and larger or more complex homes may require additional labor.

Your price always uses whichever is greater: the adjusted labor hours calculated for your home, or the starting price for the service you selected and your home’s size.

You are welcome to book only the starting number of labor hours if you prefer. Please keep in mind that on larger homes, or homes that need extra attention, the starting number of labor hours is often not enough time to complete everything to your liking.

Recurring service discounts: the starting prices and estimates above are for one-time service. If you choose recurring service, your applicable discount is applied after the estimate is calculated – weekly cleanings receive 15% off and bi-weekly cleanings receive 10% off – which may reduce your recurring service price below the standard one-time price. Cleanings every 3 or 4 weeks are priced at the standard one-time price. Initial cleanings, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings are one-time services and are not discounted.

An optional $15 chemical (cleaning-products) fee plus applicable tax is available for all services, and you get your choice of green or industrial products. It is optional for everyone – you can skip it by providing the cleaning products you would like us to use. The products charge is separate from the cleaning-service price.

Our trained, background-checked W-2 technicians wear lapel cameras during move-out cleanings to provide clear documentation and peace of mind for everyone involved.

We bill by the labor hour because it is the fairest way to price your cleaning. Flat-rate cleaning prices often include extra cushion for unknowns, which can cause customers to pay more than necessary. With labor-hour billing, your price is based on the time your home actually needs.
