A deep clean resets the whole house
Our deep clean starts at 8.5 labor hours because the home is full. Here is what the crew does, in the order they do it.
Every deep or reset clean
- High dusting first — fans, vents, light fixtures, tops of doors and cabinets — then everything washed down
- Blinds, sills, window tracks, doors, switch plates hand-washed
- Every item lifted and cleaned under, not dusted around
- Furniture moved; behind and under cleaned
- Kitchen degreased — backsplash, stove top, range hood, cabinet fronts, counters, sink
- Bathrooms deep-sanitized, including soap scum and hard-water scale
- Mirrors, glass and every touch point
- Baseboards and floor edges by hand, floors last
- Team Leader final detail check and finger test before we leave
Where your bonus hour goes
Your Team Leader puts the extra labor hour where it matters most to you — inside the oven or the fridge, the blinds throughout, or the one room that needs the most attention. Tell us your priority when we call to confirm, and it goes on the work order.
Inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher and cabinets, closet shelves, inside windows and the garage are not part of a standard deep clean; they are priced by the labor hour, so the bonus hour can cover one of them.
Moving out?
The same bonus applies to move-out cleanings: the full empty-house list, inside every cabinet, drawer and appliance, before-and-after photos, and the Team Leader’s final check. An empty house hides nothing — neither do we.
Starting prices, by the labor hour
We bill by the labor hour — the combined working time of the crew — at $58.85 per labor hour. Every price below is a starting price; larger or fuller homes may need more time, and your Team Leader always asks before adding any.

Who qualifies?
Any deep, reset or move-out cleaning booked between now and November 30, 2026, with the cleaning completed by December 31, 2026. New and current customers alike.
How do I claim it?
Get your instant estimate online or call us, then mention “Black Friday” when we call to confirm your estimate and date. We confirm every booking by phone, so nothing extra to fill in.
What is a labor hour?
One technician working one hour. A three-person crew delivers three labor hours in one clock hour, which is why a typical deep clean is done in a morning. The bonus is one labor hour of cleaning added to your visit.
Can I combine it with the weekly or every-two-weeks discount?
Our recurring discounts (15% weekly, 10% every two weeks) apply to maintenance visits, not to the deep clean itself. The usual path: deep clean now with the bonus, then move to a recurring plan with the discount.
Where do you clean?
Albuquerque pricing applies within 15 driving miles of our office at 2901 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, 87112. Beyond that, we do deep, reset and move-out cleanings only, at the out-of-town starting rate, and the bonus still applies. We do not service Los Lunas or Edgewood.
What if my home needs more than the estimated hours?
Your Team Leader tells you before adding any time, and nothing is added without your yes. If you choose not to add time, the crew finishes what the approved hours cover, and our guarantee covers that approved scope.
Is the bonus hour a discount or cash?
Neither. It is cleaning time added to your scheduled visit. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, banked or applied to a different booking.
