We answer quote requests during office hours — Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We’ll confirm the details that actually change the price, then send you a written estimate before anything is booked.
Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and no deposit is required to book. Your appointment is confirmed once a valid card is on file, and payment is taken when the work is done.
What Helps Us Quote Accurately
- Square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathrooms drive labor more than almost anything else in the house.
- When it was last cleaned thoroughly. This is the single biggest factor. A home that has been maintained needs a maintenance visit; a home that hasn’t needs an initial or deep clean first.
- Pets. Hair and dander add real time, especially on floors and upholstery.
- Your priorities. If the kitchen and bathrooms matter most to you, say so and we’ll build the estimate around that.
- Access and parking. Gate codes, lockboxes, and where the crew should park.
How the Price Is Worked Out
We price by the labor hour, and labor hours are combined crew time — three cleaners for two hours is six labor hours, not eighteen. A maintenance visit on an average home runs 4 to 5 labor hours. Deep, initial and move-out cleanings start at $500 (8.5 labor hours); units 700 sq ft and under within 15 driving miles start at $353.10 (6 labor hours).
Recurring visits cost less: 15% off weekly and 10% off every two weeks. Those discounts apply to maintenance cleaning, not to an initial or deep clean. Full detail is on our pricing page, and our house cleaning services page covers what a visit includes room by room.
Straight Answers Before You Book
If your home needs more than the hours you are considering, we will say so up front rather than take the booking and disappoint you. A regular cleaning can’t be done in a home that hasn’t been maintained — in that case we’ll recommend an initial or deep clean first, and regular visits are easy after that.
If we get on site and the home needs more time than was sold, your Team Leader asks you first, in two labor-hour blocks at the same rate. You are never obligated to say yes.
