Your online estimate is based on the size and layout of your home, the condition you describe, the service you select, and the other information you provide. Your estimate always uses whichever is greater: the adjusted labor hours calculated for your home, or the starting price for the service you selected.
In Albuquerque, your final invoice is based on the actual labor hours required to complete your cleaning, but never less than the applicable starting price for your home’s size and the service you selected, before any recurring discount. If additional labor is needed beyond the estimate, we will explain why before continuing.
